1.How to contact customer service?

2. How can I pay for my order?
      After accessing the ZDD website, select the products you want and add them to your cart or purchase them directly. Proceed to the checkout page, fill in your contact information and shipping address, then select your preferred payment method and shipping option.

     At checkout, you will see a list of available bank accounts for payment.
Simply transfer the total amount to the bank account of your choice.

After making the transfer:

  •          Go back to the checkout page and upload your proof of payment (e.g., bank transfer receipt or screenshot).
  •         Once our customer service team confirms your payment, your order will be successfully placed.

Need to upload your proof of payment later?
No problem. You can also go to "My Orders" in your account dashboard and upload the proof of payment at any time before we confirm your order.

 3. What is your refund & return policy?

We want you to shop with confidence. Here’s how our refund policy works:

✅ Before your order is shipped – You can request a full refund.
❌ After your order is shipped – We are unable to offer refunds or accept returns.

Important to know:

  • Every product is carefully checked by our staff before shipment to ensure it meets quality standards.

  • Once your order has been delivered and completed, no refunds or returns will be accepted.

4.How long does delivery take?

The estimated delivery time varies depending on the shipping method you select. The corresponding delivery timeframe will be displayed on the checkout page based on your chosen shipping option.
We recommend signing up for a free ZDD membership—members can track the real-time logistics status of their placed orders.

5.How to conduct bulk purchase?

All purchasable products on our website are available for bulk purchase. If you wish to place a bulk order for a specific product, please click the WhatsApp icon on the right side of the HOME page or contact us via the "Contact Us" section at the bottom of the website.
